Job responsibilities:

  • Plan and drive the implementation strategy for high quality, innovative and cost effective of ICT system using the established blueprint in order to ensure ICT architecture for KOPETRO and subsidiaries are updated and complied to the latest technology and according to the ICT policy and procedure.
  • Identify and advise the selection of vendors for system related to business such as SAP system, Membership system, ERP system etc. through Proof of Concept (POC), User Acceptance Test (UAT), Stress Test to ensure system utilization meeting company business requirement.
  • Lead and drive the project management strategy consist of long-term planning, project milestone, application design etc. through industry analysis and integration with the existing infrastructure to ensure smooth project execution and timely commissioning as per business target and objective.
  • Plan and advice the best technical solutions module consist of technology, framework, evaluation, support, reliability and license through cost effective analysis and benchmarking in order to ensure system stability and sustainability of the business.
  • Abide and execute all terms and conditions related to ICT policy imposed by Malaysia Communication Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM) such as Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), system license etc. in order to safeguard KOPETRO business and reputation.
  • Plan and control the financial aspect of the section for system and new business development (i.e. OPEX and CAPEX) through proper reporting and monitoring of ICT’s system and activities to meet the organizational target.
  • Lead and promote continuous improvement of section’s operation (i.e. quality of service, efficiency) through acquisition of new technology, knowledge transfer, staff competency development etc. in order to create value added services in meeting the organization business target.
  • Establish and build networking and rapport with the IT principals, corporate sector, Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), vendors and existing customer in order to sustain and secure long term business relationship.

Job responsibilities:

  • Plan, analyze and monitor the needs and requirement of KOPETRO members including new application, quit application, dividends, welfares, share and contribution in order to provide efficient services to KOPETRO members.
  • Review and verify all document related members including new application, quit application, dividends, welfares, share and contribution are completed by proper and correct data input into Cooperative Management System (CMS) to ensure compliance with Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM), Undang-Undang Kecil (UUK), Cooperative Act and Regulations.
  • Plan, identify and monitor monthly collection of contribution such as default payment, suspend account and arrears through CMS to meet the monthly target collection and prevent non performing collection.
  • Prepare and implement membership awareness programs through roadshow, telemarketing and briefing in order to provide efficient services and to retain members.
  • Prepare and analyze membership data reports related to members who reach retirement age by extract members data from CMS to update membership status and manage relevant share & contribution.
  • Review and verify payment of share and contribution from members by reviewing all documents such as bank in slip and bank statement to ensure all data was key in and update in CMS system.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly membership report by compiling and extracting data from CMS for submission and approval to meet monthly target and requirement.
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and KOPETRO membership policy (Aturan Keanggotaan) by compare previous policy to ensure follow KOPETRO membership policy and meet Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM) requirement / Undang-undang Kecil (UUK).
  • Plan, prepare and execute the yearly operational budget for membership such as Operation Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) thru proper analysis of actual expenses previous performance trending and future plan in order to meet the departmental target and objective.

Job responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and monitor the overall operation of Petronas Twin Tower 1 such as delivery of Food and Beverage (F&B), catering services, refreshment scheme and staffing schedule in order to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery while meeting customer demand and department objectives.

  • Execute and implement food quality inspection activities by conducting quality food checking and audit visitation to vendor’s supplier’s premises to ensure all vendor follow the company SOP to safe guard company image and reputation.
